The priority of the Center of Pedagogical Excellence is the preparation of the coaching staff for training teachers of the republic on educational development programme. With the aim of constant professional development and building up the methodological potential of the coaching corps, a continuous training system has been created. It includes training in additional courses/seminars, involvement in the development of advanced training programs, writing methodical works for teachers, participation in republican and international conferences.
Trainers of the Center of Pedagogical Excellence undergo an external certification/recertification procedure every two years through the Expert Council of the Center of Pedagogical Measurements of AOE “NIS”. Trainers have international certificates from the University of Cambridge, confirming the high level of professional excellence
