International recognition
For the first time Kazakhstan participated in UNESCO-Hamdan 2019-2020 competition.
The Center of Excellence was ranked in the top 10 of the world’s best projects in education for outstanding practices and achievements in improving the effectiveness of teachers.
Membership in the World Association of Lesson Study (WALS).
The Association is a platform for collaborative research, mutual assistance, and information exchange to improve the quality of teaching and learning in schools. Each year the trainers of the Center give master classes at international conferences WALS (Gothenburg, Exeter, Nagoya, Beijing, Amsterdam).
International certification
11 educational programs of the MTC received certification for compliance with international quality standards of the Institute for Accreditation, Certification and Quality Assurance ACQUIN (Germany).
Certificates
Since 2018, the Center of Excellence of the AEO “Nazarbayev Intellectual Schools” has received confirmation from the Accreditation, Certification and Quality Assurance Institute ACQUIN (Germany) of unconditional international certification for eleven educational programmes of professional development courses.
Medals
The CoE’s teaching materials have been awarded gold medals at the Moscow International Book Fair, Frankfurt Book Fair and BookExpoAmerica in New York.
