The Center of Excellence (hereinafter – CoE) provides educational services on in-service training of teachers on the international level.
"Assistance to the education system in Turkmenistan" project was launched at the end of 2016. The project is being implemented by a consortium of Greece, Germany, Great Britain and Latvia within the framework of targeted programs of the European Union. The aim of the program is to help Turkmenistan create an innovative education model that meets high international standards.
The positive feedbacks of more than 350 participants from teaching staff and employees of the National Education Institute of Turkmenistan confirm the high quality of conducted courses by their content and teaching methodology.

The Russian language teacher of the specialized secondary school on learning foreign languages №12 of Mary atrap, Mary velayat M.A. Aganazarov: “The courses widen the borders of conscious and nudge us to achieve a self-perfection mastering our professional excellence… A teacher must constantly develop his competency ad authority in the eyes of pupils and colleagues”.
Director of the National Education Institute of Turkmenistan B.B. Bashimov underlined a role of Kazakhstani education development strategy in broadening teachers’ professional worldview and expressed certainty in further collaboration of two brother nations.
Within an agreement of collaboration between the autonomous education organization “Nazarbayev Intellectual Schools” and the Department of education and youth policy of Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug – Yugra, a distance course “Effective learning and teaching” was conducted in 2020.
The distance course “Effective learning and teaching” was developed based on the educational programme of in-service training on learning methodology and technology that has the international certificate of the Accreditation, Certification and Quality Assurance Institute ACQUIN (Germany).
