      Корпоративное обучение сотрудников в дистанционном формате

      “The Corporate Learning” project was launched in January 2020 with the objective of developing professional and personal effectiveness of employees of the “Nazarbayev Intellectual schools” AEO. The organizer of the project is the Center of Excellence, trainers of which conduct monthly training events.

      In 17 April, 2020, “Agile: to work fast and effectively” webinars in the online format were held in Kazakh and Russian languages for 398 employees. Trainers of the Center of Excellence Zhanna Baigarinova and Zukhra Idrisheva hosted the webinars.

      The objective of webinars was to use an Agile-method to set working and personal goals in the process of the teamwork. Webinar’s authors presented ideas to organize the teamwork as described in Sean Covey’s “The 4 Disciplines of Execution: Achieving Your Wildly Important Goals”, Patrick Lencioni’s “Three Signs of a Miserable Job”, Lyssa Adkins’s “Coaching Agile Teams” and W. Timothy Gallwey’s “The Inner Game of Work”. The participants performed practical tasks using a graphical organizer: set critical goals, formulated leading and lagging indicators, used a scoreboard and developed a reporting schedule. The authors of webinars used a visual material, presentations, graphics, drawings and told about personal experience of using the Agile method in the work.

      In the feedback process, participants noted the professionalism of the trainers, the high interest in the content of the programme and the practical value of the knowledge gained for the development of professional competencies.

      Today, trainers have begun to develop the programme for the next webinar, which is scheduled to be held in May of this year, and links to it will be additionally sent to the corporate mail of each employee.
