On May 4-5, 2022 an educational tour of Nur-Sultan was organized for teachers, principals and deputy principals of schools of East Kazakhstan and Akmola regions participating in the "Rural School" project.
The participants visited the best schools in the capital and the engineering hub of the Nazarbayev Intellectual School of Physics and Mathematics.
The second day was devoted to the professional development of teachers. Together with the trainers of the Center of Excellence NIS teachers discussed the issues of medium-term and short-term lesson planning, organization of differentiated learning, support of attention and motivation of students. The workshops covered formative assessment and its procedure.
The practice-oriented event was concluded with a reflection of the participants.
