In the nearest future principals and deputy principals of schools in Astana, Atyrau, Aktau, Aktobe and Shymkent regions will be able to use the "Modern School Management" computer simulator created by specialists of the Center of Excellence NIS and Moscow IT-specialists of EdCrunch Academy to develop their professional management skills.

During training on the simulator, the school team manages a virtual school. The management team can make around 1,600 decisions on the strategic development of the school in 9 aspects, starting from studying the requests of the stakeholders.

The reality of the simulation models and presented cases allow the school team to see the impact of the decisions made and evaluate their effectiveness.
