On 16-17 August 2022, the republican forum for young teachers of general education schools of the Republic of Kazakhstan "Zhas ustaz: tabysqa apararar zhol" will start. The vibrant education event is organised by the Center of Excellence of Nazarbayev Intellectual Schools AEO as part of the republican August conference.
The aim of the event is to provide young teachers with benchmarks for success in the teaching profession and to motivate their willingness to continuous learning and development.
122 participants of the youth forum from 20 regions of the country will have a unique opportunity to adopt the best practices, share ideas and lifehacks. The forum will become a single platform for discussing current trends in school teaching, developing intellectual skills and promoting digital opportunities.
National and foreign leaders and experts in school education will speak at the forum. There will be thematic platforms from the trainers of the Center of Excellence: "Lesson constructor: building and using", "Functional illiteracy: how to fill the gap", "Insights laboratory: from indirect experience to our own actions", "SAMR technology: effective use of ICT in education".
Teachers will take part in training sessions on neuro-gymnastics, emotional intelligence, TED talks with motivational speakers and in Digital Station and Active Spot active zones.
The programme of the forum also includes in-house workshops by young speakers on "Digital Teacher: Fashion or Necessity", "Research Practice: A Young Teacher's Growth Point", "Lesson Foresight: From Thinking to Learning Tools", "Teaching Engagement: Engaging and Teaching", "Differentiation in Teaching: LifeHacks and Creative Ideas" and "Assessment: Simply About the Complex".
The youth forum will enable participants to be
highly motivated and involved in their profession.
