We are glad that we jointly develop and build up the internal potential of domestic schools for the well-being of children," Anuar Zhangozin, Chairman of the Board of AEO "Nazarbayev Intellectual Schools" congratulated the launch of the new project.
- The result of the joint project with AEO "Nazarbayev Intellectual Schools" will be the creation of a rural pedagogical academy based on several promising schools, the work of which will be aimed at the continuous professional development of teachers. For this purpose, we will train internal trainers together with the Center of Excellence," said Kamila Kuanyshbaevna Basharova, representative of the ESEN Foundation. Today, at the school in Karaotkel village, Tselinograd district, principals and deputy principals of 30 rural schools learned about methods and technologies of strategic planning, learnt how to develop a programme for school development, practised skills of decision-making based on school data and evaluating the effectiveness of management decisions.
Also, as part of the project, the Center of Excellence surveyed teachers' professional needs and lesson observations in schools in Tselinograd District, Akmola Province, and will organise a series of professional development training courses, seminars and master classes for heads and teachers of 30 rural schools in the new academic year.
