      Совместный проект Центра педагогического мастерства NIS и EdCrunch Academy  «Образовательная политика Казахстана и лучшие практики управления»

      On February 7-11, 2022 the Center of Excellence NIS in cooperation with EdCrunch Academy conducts course on professional retraining of management teams “Modern programmes for development of comprehensive organisations”.

      8 February 2022

      The course programme is aimed at developing the professional knowledge and skills of participants necessary for the effective functioning of the school team and the management of changes in educational organisations. 12 trainers from Nur-Sultan, Petropavlovsk, Pavlodar, Ust-Kamenogorsk are engaged in course conducting.

      On the first day of the course, the trainers and the teachers discussed team education, the efficient distribution of management functions, and the organization of joint projects to develop the professional competences of teachers, including digital skills.

      During the training 150 principals, deputy directors and teacher - leaders from 50 schools of the region will learn about strategic planning and leadership, corporate culture and management styles.

      The issues of in-school control, creation of a safe school environment, the stages of case management in the organisation of an inclusive environment and the legal and financial framework for school management will be discussed in detail. Particular emphasis will be placed on developing practical skills in the analysis of statistics and the monitoring of students' learning achievements.
