During the training, we learned skills of observation, collaborative planning and analysis. Lesson Study is a pedagogical approach that supports student learning and teacher professional development. I want to try Lesson Study in school practice because I believe that by introducing Lesson Study into practice, we will find a solution to our current problem!
At the end of the seminar, the students were also awarded certificates confirming the completion of the "Lesson Study in Teacher Practice" training.
