In 2024, the Center of Excellence, with the support of the Turkestan Regional Administration and the Regional Department of Education, implemented a large-scale program developed based on the professional needs of school principals in the region.
The intensive course focused on such topical issues as strategic planning, human resource management, professional culture, decision-making, digital management tools, effective partnerships, and other important areas. During the master classes, trainers from the Center of Excellence presented recommendations and life hacks for forming a culture of effective school management, and during the case sessions, the participants themselves shared successful management decisions.
The poster exhibition featured the best projects and management decisions implemented in schools. “Leader's Guidelines in Education” is a logical continuation of the Center of Excellence's large-scale work on training a reserve of school leaders and improving the qualifications of top education managers. Starting in 2023, as part of the state program “1,000 Leaders of Change in Education,” the Center will prepare a new generation of leaders in domestic education.
