The Center of Excellence genuinely cares about its employees, striving to create a comfortable working environment for them. Certain categories of employees, whose activities are related to creativity, research, project development and the IT sphere, may occasionally experience a lack of energy and professional burnout. Taking into account that the emotional state of an employee affects the work process, we have decided to introduce a Self Development Day from June 1.
The aim of this practice is to give employees of the Center time for personal growth and to tackle high-priority tasks that require special concentration. Employees will have the opportunity to use a free day once a month to conduct research activities in libraries, archives and museums, as well as to work on their own projects.
