On June 30, 2021, the Center of Excellence hosted an online training webinar for the employees of the AEO "Nazarbayev Intellectual Schools" on the topic "Emotional culture and building effective performance" held as part of events to study emotional culture.
The hosts of the webinar were coaches Vladimir Pak, Zaure Kashkenova, Didar Kairova and Tursynay Kopzhasarova. During the training, the participants discussed the following questions: how to achieve effective work of employees? how to control emotions at work? what is the power of reason and the power of emotions? what techniques and exercises help maintain emotional balance?
More than 300 employees took part in an online survey, analyzed situational tasks, and did various exercises to determine their style of performance. The trainers presented three methods for the formation of effective team performance, criteria of developed emotional intelligence and ways to control emotions.
The participants noted the content and relevance of the issues discussed for successful teamwork.
