How to make the brain operate more efficiently?
As part of the corporate training of the employees of the AEO “Nazarbayev Intellectual Schools”, the Center of Excellence has launched the next series of webinars “Secrets of our brain: successes and opportunities”.
On October 15, 2021 the first webinar was held on the topic “Triune brain model: what controls us?”. During the training, trainers O. Tushinskaya, O. Surnacheva, K. Kuzembaeva and U. Beisebaeva organised a discussion of the following questions: “How can knowledge about the brain help us to develop?”, “What functions does our brain perform?”, “What conditional parts of the brain control us?”.
The triune model of the brain was considered, which gives an idea of what mechanisms are activated in what situations and how to use this in life. Listeners showed great interest in the issue, asked questions, and analysed informative videos about brain activity.
About 400 employees participated in interactive exercises, actively collaborating in group work.
