The event was hosted by Abay Kalshabek, senior manager of the Center of Excellence and member of the Writers' Union of Kazakhstan. In addition to talking about the great feats and heroism, Abay shared unknown facts from the hero's biography and his pedagogical activities as a school teacher; together with the audience he analysed the winged words about the sense of patriotism, duty to the Motherland and the principles of human upbringing of B. Momyshuly. The influence of Mukhtar Auezov and Dzhambul Dzhabaev on B. Momyshuly's works was considered as well.
Around 1,000 teachers from across the country attended the event and had the opportunity to exchange views on national spirit and patriotic education.

On March 16, 2022 another meeting with teachers of the country was held on the online platform "Shamshyrak" as part of the spiritual and educational program "Shabyt" organised by the Center of Excellence NIS. The topic of the live broadcast was dedicated to the heritage of the renowned general, military historian, writer, scholar and Hero of the Soviet Union Bauyrzhan Momyshuly under the title "To be human is a virtue, to be a citizen is a duty, to be a patriot is a responsibility".
