As part of the training course, professors from the Faculty of Education will introduce our staff to international models and examples of retraining programmes for school teachers, effective methods of developing a coherent programme, and theoretical and practical aspects of retraining diploma holders.
What should be paid attention to when retraining people who already have higher education of another profile? How to organize the format of dual training? What is the role of mentors in leading schools? How to track the development progress of "new" teachers? These and other questions will be discussed together with international experts and English school principals.
