In 23 September 2020, trainers of the Center of Excellence have conducted the Republican seminar in the online mode “The Rural School: Together to Success” within “The Rural School” project, which was initiated by “Nazarbayev Intellectual schools” AEO.
The seminar combined 14 rural secondary comprehensive schools from Akmola, Karaganda, Kyzylorda, Eastern Kazakhstan, Zhambyl and Northern Kazakhstan regions.
The seminar objective: providing methodological and psychological support to teachers in choosing the trajectory of professional development.
During the sections, the participants developed common approaches to planning and creating a mechanism for cascade professional development of teachers in rural schools, discussed effective methods of managing changes in school.
The event brought together 260 school principals and their deputies, heads of methodological associations, school trainers in methodology, technology, research, assessment coordinators, as well as representatives of regional education departments, district and city education departments.
