Today the guest of the program was a three-time world champion in mixed martial arts, a professional fighter, winner of the World Cup in pankration and bushido and winner of Eurasian and Asian championships – Ardak Nazarov.
The Kazakhstani athlete talked about his path to a big sport, his mentors and teachers, friends and family, as well as the people who inspire him. With special trepidation, Ardak Nazarov shared his memories of the role of "azhe" in his upbringing and formation as a personality. He also noted the importance of national values in the education of youth, the history and culture of Kazakh people and the formation of patriotism that was the reason for opening the kindergarten "Adep".
Answering the questions of students and teachers of Intellectual Schools, Ardak Nazarov shared his advice on turning sports into a habit: "Doing sports is an investment you make in yourself and your health".
