On 29 April 2022, a corporate training session was held for employees to summarise changes after the first training and identify types of stress, human behavioural stress reactions, symptoms and techniques to prevent it.
The aim of the training was to teach how to actualise external and internal resources in order to restore physical and mental strength in a stressful situation. Trainers Kamila Kuzembayeva, Saule Zhuruntayeva and Sara Ultanbayeva analysed the stages of stress, which include anxiety, resistance and exhaustion, as well as its types: acute, episodic acute and chronic. The rabbit, lion and ox stress types were explained in terms of reactions to stressors.
Equal attention was paid to practical exercises such as "Me and Stress", "Stress in My Life", besides scholarly answers were given to the questions of what happens to a person under stress and how chronic stress affects the human body.
Concluding, the trainers recommended 5 self-help techniques for acute stress.
