The offline training organised by the Center of Excellence NIS began with the definition of emotional burnout syndrome by American psychiatrist G. Freudenberger.
Participants of the training learned that emotional exhaustion, personal detachment and loss of effectiveness are the main symptoms of emotional burnout. People with chronic illnesses, introverts, big city dwellers, people with inner conflicts and others are among possible victims of emotional burnout, which is facilitated by both external and internal factors.
Trainers Saule Zhuruntaeva, Kamila Kuzembaeva and Kyzzhibek Abdramanova together with participants did exercises "Many know" and "I am here and now!" to help eliminate negative thoughts. As a result of the training, a diagnosis of symptoms was made, the causes of burnout and ways of its prevention were identified, and preventive measures for emotional burnout were recommended.
