Second, in order to determine the professional needs for school management, school environment, teaching and learning practices, a survey of different categories of subjects of the educational process was conducted. The survey covered 6,716 people, including 85 school principals and deputy principals, 1,219 subject teachers, 2,754 parents and 2,658 students.
Third, based on the results of a survey of teachers to determine their level of proficiency in information and communication technologies, groups were formed for training in online courses "Development of digital skills of teachers". Including online courses: basic and advanced.
Based on the results of the surveys, the Center of Excellence organized and conducted courses and seminars on topics that cause difficulties.
